The building, of very modest dimensions and humble appearance, is constituted by a single irregular creak of a height and flat roof. The façade, oriented to the north-northwest - following the alignment of the street - has three openings arranged symmetrically: windows on each side of the door, located in the center.
The carpentry is the original one at the time of construction of the house and is made of simple wood, with smooth frames. The door, with two leaves, is decorated with large panels, of the same smooth finish. The windows are made up of a factory railing and a central body with two folding blades, which include two sash windows with a movable leaf each, with interior quartz lids.
The roof of the house is flat and presents a factory parapet towards the facade, crowned with a stone carpet. Highlighting this level of cover there is a concave-convex cornice made of the same stone.
