This unique architectural container is of a single height with an L-shaped floor, whose main façade - trapezoidal due to the slope of the roadway - has four stylized openings distributed symmetrically and neatly. The main entrance door is displaced to the right of the facade. The woodwork of the gaps is simple, with four doors with two folding doors. Two of them include, in addition, glazed windows, with two leaves with sash system. The house has a flat roof. Under the roof sill we can see a carved stone ledge, a very common ornament in the architecture of the town.
