Gofio mill powered by water force, installed in 1922 by Daniel P rez Cabrera. Subsequently, in 1930, an engine that generated electricity to the area was installed in it. So, it seems, is dedicated to the work of grinding during the day while at night serves to light the neighborhood. Currently, it is in ruins.

Rectangular building construction, mortar and gravel, and gable roof with wooden beams and French tiles. It is structured in four rooms, highlighting two of larger dimensions where the mill and engine are located, with direct access to the street. There is a terraced construction made in blocks.
