18th century housing. Its typology, perfectly defined, places it in the prototype of commercial housing, nothing extra in Santa Cruz, but unusual in this sector of the city where the habitat offered a much less comfortable and worse quality arrangement in t Techniques and construction materials. The commercial firms had chosen as their neurological center a sector further north.

Part of the building is the headquarters of the Murga los Mamelucos.

The building is developed on a narrow plot through two streets. It has a main crunch parallel to Dom Nguez Alfonso street and another perpendicular inside, forming a small covered patio. The main hall has two floors, with a third floor set back on the roof, with a walkable roof and wooden staircase for access to the viewpoint. The main facade is symbolic. On the ground floor two doors are opened, a central window and a window of the optical form at the bottom, on the upper floor two windows. It is framed by z calo and two vertical bands at the ends, with gray sculpted imitating the stone. The set is topped by a stone molding and the crowning is organized by placing between wooden slats crossed with railings. The two main gutters are highlighted at the ends.
