Canarian traditional architecture. This is the Serra house, probably the oldest building on the street. It dates from the first half of the 18th century.

Casa Serra

Two-story corner house. In the lower part, the door openings and in the upper one a central covered balcony set in two rows of dogs and two sash windows. On the facade towards Nicol s Est vanez the door and window openings are asymmetrically arranged. On the roof has a gazebo with terraces and wooden railing. Elements of interest: Wooden covered balcony. Viewpoint and stairs. Sash windows with frames, sills and wooden bearings.

Remodeling of the ground floor for its adaptation to commercial use, probably in the second half of the 20th century.
