Traditional style building, its construction dates back to the 19th century. The House is located in the southern zone of the main core of the Realejo Alto being built with a rural character although the current configuration has been distorted by interventions carried out over the years. |

The property is constituted by the aggregation of different housing modules resolved by means of a sloping roof of curved tiles, one of them presenting a gable roof in the transverse direction to the facade. The east-facing façade is solved asymmetrically due to the grouping of 3 modules, each one of them presenting a vain on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. These holes have different types of wooden carpenters, it is worth noting the low height of the plants. |

| Comentario | La vivienda fue construida a mediados del siglo XIX por D. Julián González Carpio, vecino de este pueblo. Dicho inmueble tuvo la función de venta, fonda y bodega a través de su historia. Desde finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX, turistas, viajeros y arrieros hacían un alto en el camino en dicho establecimiento. Todos , con la finalidad de descansar y reponer fuerzas para continuar a la cumbre de la isla ( Cañadas del Teide). Cabe destacar, que en la década de los años 40 del pasado siglo, su convecino D. Isidro González Mosegues compra la vivienda, con la finalidad de establecer ahí su vivienda familiar y negocio de vino, uno de los más afamados durante varias décadas en toda la comarca. |
