Property located between medians on Avenida de Los Remedios, whose main module articulates a plant in 'U ' housing a courtyard inside with two heights that is erected during the first quarter of the twentieth century, has undergone an intervention on dates recent although maintaining the application of the aesthetic canons of an ecological language, where the compositional simplicity and figurative abstraction of the ornamentation is applied to each of its formal bodies together with the incorporation of new constructive processes, structural systems and habitability improvements.

This building between plant medians in 'U ' and two heights with flat roof, where the patio is housed on a side built in the early twentieth century. Its main facade is composed in a regulated manner through the use of three vertical axes that line the openings of the upper and lower floors, resulting in six openings. The upstairs are emblazoned on the cornice line that marks the slab solved with wrought iron sills with decoration and framed with flat molding. A ledge marks the level of cover on it a parapet as a front n crown the country.
