The engineer Antonio Samper was in charge of carrying out the project of this traditional Canarian building in the last quarter of the 18th century. The property, currently intended for commercial premises, is divided into three heights and stands on a rectangular floor. Its facade is characterized by the presence of corner, cornice and re-enclosures of holes, linked vertically. Sobriety is the characteristic note of the exterior of the building.

Edificio El Globo

Symbolic facades in themselves and among themselves according to an axis around the corner. There are five openings per floor, rectangular, equal, aligned according to vertical axes. Details in stone nest the facades: basement, corner, ledge and recess of vertically linked holes soberly. Wood carpenters. Elements of Interest: Moldings, corner and remarque of openings in stone.
