Corner building with three floors. The corner has the peculiarity of being curved with a vertical strip of openings: on the ground floor it is access, on the first level there is an enclosed glazed viewpoint with a curved iron railing that becomes a third level balcony. The main façade is on Castillo Street, it is symbolic and the horizontal cushioning on the ground floor that is repeated in the curved corner stands out. Two vertical pilasters with horizontal molding on the sides limit it. With three openings per floor, all aligned according to vertical axes: in the central ground floor it is an access door and lateral (modified) are double doors, and on them at half level two half-point arch windows. On the next two levels doors two-leaf windows. On the first level, a continuous flying balcony with an iron railing and on the third level, a balcony only in the center and side rails.
