This house is the product of the purchase of a house in 1724, owned by Jos G mez Ascanio who demolished it and made it from the foundations. In contrast to that of the Plaza de la Candelaria, it does not offer any cultured element, preserving a typical typology with the barn balcony for drying cereal products.

Marble inscription on the facade marble: 'En this house lived and died fifty years ago the great liberal patriot, glory of the Canarian letters: Benito P rez Armas. Yaiza, 1871-Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 1937. The City Council of this city at the initiative of 'Liberales de Tenerife. They dedicate this memory to them. January 25, 1987 '.

Three-storey corner house. It is composed of two terraced houses in parallel and a third perpendicular to these forming a corner and an inner courtyard. The roofs are inclined to three waters. The main façade towards the Church square is symbolic and has three floors and three levels, with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. In the second sash windows, sills and wooden bearings. The third level has a wooden balcony, covered with a roof, with a flat railing and balusters, as a ventilation element for the barn. The facade is ennobled with canter to framing the central door and the windows of the first floor, on the ledge that separates it from the second floor, in the z calo and in the corners. On the facade towards Dom nguez Alfonso street, three openings per floor are aligned aligned according to vertical axes, on the first floor wooden doors, two leaves, without decoration, with glazed uprights, on the second and third floors three windows.
