CALLE DEL CASTILLO, 74. SAN LUCAS, 6

The building is intended for commercial premises. The construction, in corner, is structured in two heights. The organization of the facades is carried out vertically, giving rise to two streets in each of them, one wider than the other. The pilasters are of smooth shaft and are supported by a wall, which runs through the entire building. The moldings are used to decorate the lintels and jambs of the openings of the different bodies. Thus, those located on the first floor have lowered arches in the area of the lintels, while those on the second body are straight. The iron balconies are located in the widest street of the two facades, taking advantage of the greater breadth of them. The corner is solved, by a straight chamfer, framed by two smooth pilasters and with a balck on the top. The sill, which covers the entire property, is lowered and interrupted by pilasters.
