The building that is destined for commercial premises, has its facades organized in two horizontal bodies, corresponding to the heights of the property. The pilasters, which have smooth shafts and that stand on a zalo, are responsible for framing the facades. As regards the gaps, these are distributed in equal numbers by the different bodies. The moldings surrounding the openings are straight, except those of the three openings, located in the center of the upper body, which take the form of triangular pediments. These gaps have an iron-run balcony, whose bars are combined giving rise to decorative shapes. The rest of the openings of the upper body have their respective individual balconies. The sill of the property is lowered and only interrupted by small pilasters.
