The single-storey flat-roofed house is developed on a passing plot with two streets, on Dom Nguez Alfonso street, it has an L-shaped floor, forming an open interior courtyard. Inside, under the two windows of the facade, it has two seats or poyos. The main façade of simple lines is composed of a stone wall and a single level topped by molding and smooth parapet. Two vertical bands of different color, like the z calo at the ends frame the facade. It opens a single access door, on its left side and two vertical windows, with sill and wooden bearings. A wooden cross in the middle of the windows is striking.
