The house is developed on a very narrow plot through two streets. It is formed by a creak perpendicular to the street and two parallel, forming an open side patio. On Vera del Barranco Street it has two floors. The roofs are flat and inclined to four shingle waters. The façade on Dom nguez Alfonso is composed of calo and a level topped by a molding and smooth parapet. It opens the access door to the left side and two sash windows, with sill and wooden bearings. The facade on Vera del Barranco street is symbolic and is composed of z calo, two levels separated by a horizontal strip of different color, topped by cornice and smooth parapet. It is framed by two vertical bands of another color at the ends of the facade. It has three openings per floor aligned according to vertical axes and above the central access door.
