Facades of symbolic composition. Equal vertical rectangular vanes arranged regularly and aligned according to vertical axes, with decorative perimeter molding. The facade on Castillo Street has two floors and has five openings per floor, the ground floor with curved lowered lintel (the central one is an access door) and those of the first level, straight with cornice details (the three centrals are served by balcony flown in common, while the sides overlook individual balconies); all with wrought iron railing. The facade on His prayer War wins by the slope a level. It is divided into two vertical steps, manifested by vertical moldings on the façade: towards Castillo Street, on two levels, two equal openings on the ground floor with a lowered arch are repeated on the first level, rectangular and with balconies. The country towards Imeldo Ser s is already three levels: on the ground floor, three openings are window doors and on the second and third levels they are smaller windows that overlook balconies; composition that continues on Imeldo Ser s street with four openings per floor. Horizontal moldings manifest the levels outside. The entire building is topped by cornice with perimeter upper balustrade. Elements of Interest: Original wooden carpenter. Iron railings on balconies. Remarcos of openings. Stone moldings. Crowning balustrade.

It has undergone a total remodeling with a rise in height to adapt it to an office and commercial building.
