It is a new work product of the application of the protection regulations of the PGOU-1992, which catalogs this property with level 5, under which the substitution of the building was allowed, conserving the morphological composition of the facade. This conservation procedure has led to unsatisfactory results of which this property is an example. |

Building of three and four floors in sector. Symbolic facade. On the ground floor, horizontal continuous strip of large glazed openings with an exhibition function of the interior shops. On the first level, five equal spans with lowered arches, which are repeated on the second level but square, passing on the third level to be landscape. The third level is removed from the left side panel the width corresponding to a country or spans. All the openings are aligned according to vertical axes and have detail of perimeter decorations. |
