Ground floor with consecutive spans with semicircular arch lintel, which are repeated on the first level with rectangular lintel aligned with anteriors according to vertical axes; all with railing of herrer a. On the corner, curved façade, differentiated by molded lateral pilasters, with two openings on the ground floor and two on the first level that give a continuous flying balcony with wrought iron rail. The original carpenters have been replaced by showcases for commercial purposes. Top of the building with cornice and smooth parapet, with balustrades on the corner sector. An intervention is carried out by expanding the building on two floors for commercial use. The solution, with apparent intention of being neutral, is a masking of the facade by means of a continuous wall, which contours the entire building, of mirrored plates. Elements of Interest: Iron railings of balconies. Stone crowning on molding, balustrade.

It has undergone a remodeling with a comeback for adaptation to commercial use (Whebe Stores).
