Under the aesthetic guidelines of eclecticism, this property was designed, which could be built in the last years of the 19th century or in the early stages of the 20th century. |

On the ground floor the bays are reformed, unifying the two sides to give wider access to trade. The left lateral opening is access to a staircase that leads to the upper floors. On the first level, three openings, rectangular, equal, with perimeter molding decoration, give individual balconies; composition that repeats on the second level. The building crowns a ledge and a smooth parapet. Elements of Interest: Wood carpentry of the upper floors. Iron rail of balcony n. Stone moldings. |
