Old class architecture building that houses the Treasury offices until 1940 and the Ntro Se de las Tribulations School from 1941 to 1970 according to a bronze plaque on the facade. Since 1985 it houses the Club de Autom vil Antiguo de Tenerife.
Another plaque explains that on February 17, 1902, the first car arrived in Tenerife was registered.
Housing with two floors and flat roof. The facade is asymmetrical, it is composed of a z calo with a molding, two levels divided by an intermediate molding; and it is finished off with a cornice and smooth parapet, modulated by highlighted vertical bands. It has four openings per floor aligned according to vertical axes. The access door on the ground floor on the right side axis. On the second level, a central central balcony, supported by four muscles, with a railing and an iron railing. All openings of straight lintels with perimetral cement moldings, sill and iron railing. Elements of Interest: Woodwork. Iron railing in balcony and windows. Moldings and span of openings, crowning.
