Housing of the XVIII-XIX century of typology of the traditional architecture is orial. This typology presents the predominance of two-storey houses that have belonged to wealthy farmers or families of landowners (spacious homes organized around a central courtyard with rooms connected by corridors and delimited by open galleries). It currently houses the Luxury House Hotel, Arona Village.

Building composed of two ships attached in parallel, with two floors and sloping roofs of ceramic tiles with four waters. Symbolic facade with three openings aligned per floor, folding leaf windows, shutters, sill and wooden bearing.
