Housing of the XVIII-XIX century of typology of the traditional architecture is orial. This typology presents the predominance of two-storey houses that have belonged to wealthy farmers or families of landowners (spacious homes organized around a central courtyard with rooms connected by corridors and delimited by open galleries). It currently houses the Luxury House Hotel, Arona Village.

From the original building, the two rectangular buildings linearly attached are preserved. The first one on the corner of El Medio Street has two floors and a four-slope sloping roof, symbolic façade on Dominguez Alfonso Street with three openings aligned per floor, central door with a stone frame on the ground floor and Five windows The second single-storey nave has a flat roof and asymmetrical facade with three openings: a door and two windows. The windows are hinged with sills and wooden bearings. On the side facade it presents three stone rulers. Inside some rooms retain the original seats in the windows.
