Housing of the XVIII-XIX century of typology of the traditional architecture is orial. This typology presents the predominance of two-storey houses that have belonged to wealthy farmers or families of landowners (spacious homes organized around a central courtyard with rooms connected by corridors and delimited by open galleries).

Building composed of ships arranged in the form of 'U ' with open inner courtyard. The townhouse on La Luna Street has two floors and a sloping roof with four ceramic tile roofs, while the other two warehouses have only one floor and flat roofs. Symbolic facades on La Luna street with two holes per floor. Facade towards Dominguez Alfonso Street with two heights and one opening per floor while the single-storey building has a symbolic facade with a central door and two windows on the sides. Folding doors and windows of wooden frames and bearings, masonry sill and window frame framed in cement.
