Housing of a single plant and a single rectangular ship. Sloping roof with four waters of ceramic tiles. Facade towards Duque de la Torre street with two holes. Folding leaf windows, wooden shutters. It presents as a discordant element a stone cladding in the stone and in vertical bands at the ends of the facade that deteriorate and impoverish this example of the traditional architecture of Arona.
