CASA DE LOS PÉREZ MONTAÑÉS

Building composed of several modules and an annexed patio of large dimensions that together constitute an irregular plant. The roof of these is normally inclined, four-water with a curved tile finish with cornice run under the eave, although it has part of the roof.

In the main façade, there are a total of twelve openings, among them a wooden balcony supported by dogs of great slenderness which is accessed by a door located on the top floor. It has a railing with a lower body of smooth quarters and an upper body of turned balusters of a peculiar design and some right feet crowned with footings support the structure of a roof composed of dogs with a wooden planking forming a roof with three curved tile roofs .

The rest of the carpenters located on the facade are made of wood, but they have been prepared for additives that modify their original design. The ones on the upper floor have a sill with raised bearings, two folding blades with wooden frames and an upper upright of smaller dimensions and of the same design. On the ground floor there are three doors and two windows, all with a simple design of smooth wooden frames, or as is the case with the main door, with smooth sheets.
