In 1817 a fire destroyed the original house, belonging to D .. Jos Hern ndez Bautista, it was he who began to rebuild it with this neoclassical aspect and bought what are now his gardens that belonged to the family Mendez de Roxas.

The works are finished by his son, Captain Antonio Herndez Oramas (1799-1853). It currently belongs to the D az-Llanos Bello family.

The building has a large volume, its main façade is located in the Church Square, attached to a large garden to the East, and also to the south bordering the old Alhiga.

In the main façade there are a total of six lintered bays distributed in an orderly manner in two heights, being symmetric from a central axis. On the upper floor there are three doors of great slenderness that give way to some small balconies with some railings of simple or simple design, the gaps have a stone frame from flat to smooth.

On the other hand, on the ground floor, there are three openings (VPV), the main door is of great slenderness, in addition it has two windows to the sides, all framed with the same style of smooth stone as the hollows of the plant higher. The carpenter is made of wood with glazed upper panels and a thick jealous rails.

On the west façade, adjacent to Alh ndiga Street, there are a total of five openings, three of them are windows of sill windows, with wooden frames and composed of two folding leaves with glazed uprights. The roof walls have slabs in their coronation that show their rounded edge. At the height of the roof three short waters drain the rainwater.
