Buildings whose facades are medians whose design has neoclassical tendencies. They have an irregular plant. It highlights a cornice from upper to lower canter located under the parapet of the roof and that extends on both facades. Between both houses there are twelve openings distributed in an orderly and symbolic manner. In the east house there are three windows on the top floor, with two folding leaves with an interior wooden panel and a two-paneled guillotine system; they are placed before a bulging rail. On the ground floor there are three vertical doors with folding windows with large wooden frames. To the west, the property is of dimensions, distribution of openings and design or similar. It stands out a cornice located under the windows of the upper floor which is extended in the sections that cover the different openings, which lack a railing. The cover of both houses is flat impassable.
