It is a square building with a central courtyard and distributed in two heights; It also has an unbuilt annex plot. In the main façade it has a total of seven adintelados bays distributed in a symbolic but disorderly way. It is worth noting the four openings located on the upper floor whose carpenters are of the same design, composed of three bodies: a fixed bearing sill, a central body consisting of two sheets with bearings and a glazed fixed upper upright. In addition, these openings have curved seats inside. On the ground floor, on the contrary, there are only two windows on the sides of the door protected with wooden bars. The main door gives access to the hall through which the interior patio is accessed. On the side façade there is a peculiar balcony of small dimensions, made with a wooden structure, on its front there are two glazed sash windows, it is closed in all its perimeter and it has a sloping roof of a single pa or with curved tile finish. The inner courtyard is a key piece of the building, and an example of traditional Canarian architecture. It has some stone slabs along the entire floor, in addition a gallery made of wood borders the upper floor, it is supported with wooden feet on stone bases.
