Building located on the corner, with an L-shaped floor, has a total of eight openings in the facade, distributed in an orderly and symmetrical manner. It has a style of neoclassical tendencies with windows on the upper floor, all of the same design or in the main module, and coinciding on the vertical axis with them there are three access doors on the ground floor. The carpenters are kept in good condition and are made of wood with glazed frames. As a dividing line, there are two cornices from canter to carved in the different slabs, being the one that separates the ground floor of smaller dimensions, the upper cornice is located under the parapet of the impassable flat roof. On the east façade, a window can be seen in a module which, due to its design or it is deduced that it was built previously.
