Building located on Calle de La Ladera, erected in the middle of the 17th century by the presbyte Don Andr s Bautista Perdomo (1652-1719), finishing its construction in 1692. He has had many tenants passing through Don Francisco Bautista Perdomo. Later, in the 19th century it was sold to Don Pablo Hern ndez Bautista. In addition to domestic use, this house was used as the San Alberto Magno Second Teaching Academy, which was founded by Mr. Armando P rez Lu s.

Property located between medians, this has a U-plan with side patio and is distributed in two heights. It has a total of six openings distributed in an orderly manner on the facade.

On the one hand on the upper floor, there are three wooden windows with glazed frames and a guillotine system, the prolongation of the frames of the same is possible that previously the windows were of bearings with a fixed frame of frames.

On the ground floor, there is a main door, an access door to the entrance and a window, all made of wood although of similar designs with plain bearings.

It is clear that the patio has great relevance, developed with slabs, with two straight wooden feet with stone bases under the corridor that is accessed through a two-section wooden staircase with turned balusters.

The roof is sloping, gabled and with a mud covered tile roofing material.
