CASA DE LA FAMILIA NÚÑEZ

Building located between medians, rectangular and formed by two heights. It has a total of eight openings in the façade, intertwined and distributed in an asymmetric but orderly manner, located on the same axis between the different floors. In several points of the facade there has been the loss of the exterior cladding, which allows us to know that the walls are made of masonry.

On the ground floor there are four doors, three of them with an upper arch-shaped upright, the fourth, is that of the main access to the property and is composed of a rectangular shape. All the carpenters are made of construction wood with two folding blades with frames. In addition there is a lower zone.

On the upper floor there are four windows of identical design, these are composed of two leaves with a wooden bottom panel, a central glazed body with a guillotine system with white interior light covers and an upper body consisting of a fixed upright glazed, this is arranged as a skylight that provides lighting inside the rooms. The cornice has a small or widening in the length of the openings, lacking a guardrail.

Making the dividing line of the different floors, there are cornices from canter to carved, being the largest of larger dimensions and located under the parapet of the flat roof.
