The building, of relatively recent construction since it dates from the mid-twentieth century, is located in the area where the quarry dump was once located. This area is now occupied by buildings number 9, 11 and 13 of Calvario Street. |

Two-storey property with irregular floor plan, whose main trapezoidal facade has six openings distributed in a disorderly manner. The main door, moved to the left, is preceded by two steps to access the entrance. The carpenter it presents is varied, since in the lower part it has two contiguous windows with two folding blades, and in the upper part there are two windows with two folding blades slightly larger than the previous ones, and with wrought iron sills. On the left side of the façade, in addition to the main door of a flip-up leaf, we find a window with a glazed sash system at the top. The roof is flat, passable, from which four astrically distributed rulers stand out. |
