This property nestled in a narrow plot of Viera and Clavijo street, shows constructive features of the traditional building of the eighteenth century, although built in more recent dates corresponding to the nineteenth century, continuing with the vernacular language of the traditional sloping roof with cladding of Arabic tile and the asymmetric composition of its frontis.

Building located between medians that occupies a narrow plot, which gives a strong verticality to its two-storey front, with an originally rectangular floor plan and covered with a wooden structure of two-row wood and row with Arabic tile covering. Currently, its rear part is filled with building modules made recently. Its Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

Tambien se denomina Frontis al paramento verticalñ por encima de un arco
