Located on Calle Viera y Clavijo near the old land that occupied the Franciscan convent of Santa Lucia founded at the beginning of the 17th century and disappeared in 1864, currently occupied by the San Francisco cemetery, is this property that erected at the dawn of the century XIX continued to show guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. The last modifications that have occurred in a few recent years have somewhat distorted its appearance.

Building between medians, of rectangular plan and a single height, shows two modules, solving the first of them by passable roof and the second in the traditional way by means of wooden structure of pair and row with covering of Arabic tile topped in skirt n of a thread on the facade. The main front is made up of the two modules that open one and three openings respectively, the windows being displaced to the sides of the assembly and centering the doors, all of them with a recently invoiced woodwork.
