This building stands out for its two heights in front of the set of buildings that takes place on Viera and Clavijo Street, nestled next to the old land occupied by the Franciscan convent of Santa Lucia founded at the beginning of the 17th century and disappeared in 1864, currently occupied by the cemetery of San Francisco. This property must have been built at the beginning of the 18th century installed next to the convent, maintaining the constructive guidelines of the traditional domestic architecture of high and low with the humble and rudimentary roof system, made by means of a sloping roof of curved tile on a structure of even and row, protruding on the facade a simple eave. The building throughout the following centuries was annexing new building modules to the original rectangular-shaped building.

Building of two heights and rectangular plan originally, to which new buildings have been annexed in its annexed area of orchards, which is delimited in front of the cemetery by an enclosure wall with a cover of three rectangular battlements, next to which a small painted niche is located. The main front has four openings arranged in two vertical axes. On the ground floor door and window, the original carpenters being replaced, while on the top floor, it still retains the carpenters of the two windows with a wooden sill of a quarter and two glazed swinging leaves with interior light cover and flat molding with decoration No of corners with squares. The side facade opens two openings, one per floor, the upper one being a window. The façade countries are topped by a ruffled cornice of Arabic tile of a thread belonging to the four-deck roof skirts with a wooden structure of couple and row that covers the building.
