This building is located next to the old land that occupied the Franciscan convent of Santa Lucia founded in the early seventeenth century and disappeared in 1864, currently occupied by the cemetery of San Francisco. This property must have been built at the beginning of the 18th century installed next to the convent, maintaining the constructive guidelines of traditional domestic architecture with the humble and rudimentary roof system, made by means of a sloping roof of curved tile on a pair and row structure, a simple eaves protruding on the facade, showing a street height and adapting to the steep slope of the subsequent ravine of God nez. The interventions suffered throughout the years, as well as the subdivision in two dwellings, alter their initial configuration closer to that shown in number 1.
