Building that is located on Viera and Clavijo street, was erected during the second third of the nineteenth century following certain guidelines of the eclecticism prevailing in the islands and applying historicist elements in its composition by using ogival arches on its facade, and which underwent a series of modifications in its carpenters and back volumes throughout the 20th century.

Building between medians of a height in its main façade and two in its rear, thanks to the uneven terrain, its coverage is resolved by flat roof. Its Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

Tambien se denomina Frontis al paramento verticalñ por encima de un arco

' id='41' onmousemove='mIm(event,41);' onMouseOut='oIm(41);' style='display:inline;cursor:hand;text-align:justify'>frontis shows three openings with a unique resolution through ogival arches framed with decorative flat molding, placing the door flanked by the windows on the central axis. The country is covered by a z calo in its lower part and topped by a three-turn cornice that gives way to a banister decorated with balusters and pilasters.
