Building located between medians and occupying a small plot on Viera and Clavijo street and its rear open to the ravine of God nez, was erected at the end of the 17th century following the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developing since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of own materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme of window door. |

Building between rectangular floor planners with a single height and its covering creaked by means of a pair and row wooden structure with Arabic tile cladding being finished on the facade by the extension of a simple single-row tile eave teeth. Its front is resolved by the opening of two simple openings of straight lintel that house the window and the door, the latter being two swinging sheets of wooden boards. |
