This property that configures the start of two roads, is part of the urban framework of the Realejo Alto since the eighteenth century, in which part of the guidelines of the popular land house that extends from the sixteenth century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing three openings on an axis of symmetry In it a wall of enclosure is developed that confines in its interior the areas for the development of the activities of the garden and domestic animals.

The original building of a single height and a unique crusade (currently has new building modules incorporated in its rear), is enclosed in a small plot that forms the fork of two streets, crossing a perimeter wall of enclosure that links with the construction of rectangular and covered plant with structure of wood of pair and row and covering of roof tile to three waters finished in simple eaves. The main front of simple composition shows a trapezoidal figure, due to the steep slope of the land, and in it three openings, door-window-window, followed in its route by the perimeter wall in which a large door is opened of access to the rear areas.
