This property is located in front of the Church of Santiago Ap stol, being erected in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. Originally built under the stilemmas of the traditional Canarian architecture with a plant in 'L ' that housed a courtyard inside and mud influences in the resolution of its roofs by means of a three-water wooden structure with Arabic tile covering showing traditional carpenter works, as well as a curious facade composition under the typical three-axis structure, which has been altered by the inclusion of new doors on its lower floor.



This property originally constituted with a plant in 'L ' housing a courtyard in its interior, currently filled with building elements, three heights and covered with three waters with wooden structure of pair and row to three waters with covering of Arabic tile, It shows on its front a composition, altered by recent interventions, of three vertical axes, placing the front cover centered with a larger bearing as it houses the entrance hall and the access staircase to the first illuminated level thanks to the upper skylight. On both sides of the door on the lower floor, windows had to be opened, now replaced by doors. On the first level, it opened to two windows (one of them having disappeared at the moment) while on the third level it shows the three openings that gave order to the façade, with wooden carpenters with a slab of panels and glazed guillotine sheets with an interior lid.
