This building that was erected in the seventeenth century is shown as a representative example of traditional construction, executed with a constructive primitivism that denotes its ancient age, was owned by Don Lu s Chavez, who used it as a warehouse.



Transversal 1ª, 1 (El Horno)

Exempt building that houses a rectangular plan and two heights being part of the building buried in the change of ground level. Built in the traditional way by means of stone masonry walls with wooden armor cover with a pair and row of four waters and cover of Arabic tile. Its facades are layered and with a vain in three of them showing in the North two, corresponding to one per floor. On the west facade an entrance door to the ground floor opens, while in the east the access to the upper one is opened by ascending a stone step.
