The building originally dates from the 18th century and was built with the purpose of having adequate property for the accommodation of a family dedicated to the work of the field, annexing other rooms for the conservation of farm implements, grain conservation and others agr tails products. For this purpose the building was until the early nineteenth century where he suffered some more modern interventions.

The property consists of three parts: the main building, implements rooms and some courtyards.
The main house is organized on a rectangular floor and two heights, perpendicular to the main communication, leaving its facades towards the La Era road. The facade towards the road is of two heights adapting to the terrain, while the access facade from the main va is of a single height. The interior division of the house is solved with a wooden floor. The openings lack order, carried out in the places where they were functionally needed, the access doors to the storage units are located on the ground floor and the windows corresponding to the residential areas on the upper floor.

Constructively, the property is solved with stone and mud walls in a heterogeneous way, finishing the whole with a three-slope inclined roof and diamond point. The property together with the perimeter wall that closes the plot is presented as an elongated, narrow and fine building, which denotes in conjunction with its morphology and its construction systems its traditional housing character.

Lateral facade of the property in close relationship and connection with the La Era road. The complex closes with a perimeter wall of a construction system based on stone walls, always in the immediate vicinity, of different sizes and locked with mud.-Tigaiga, 62

The different modules of the house cover the upper part with sloping roofs made in order to facilitate the evacuation of rainwater. This house is characterized by having two different models of roofs, one with three waters and one with a diamond point. Both have an internal wooden structure called pair and row that generates inclined planes (skirts) that are coated externally with elements that prevent the passage of water into the interior, such as in this case, clay tiles. Normally the skirts extended over the facade forming an eave that in this case has been replaced by a small or sill.-Tigaiga, 62

On the east facade, which faces the La Era road, there are two rectangular wooden windows with vertical bars of square section. The bars are turned on its vertical axis 45 so that we can see them in the street by their corner.-Tigaiga, 62

The windows in the oldest module are two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into two quarters (one glazed and a wooden quarter decorated with geometric relief motifs). In the lower part there is a fixed part called a sill with geometric decoration in relief.-Tigaiga, 62

The carpenter at the door, originally lacks decorative elements. Its construction is elementary, composed of two sheets with three frames intended to cover or close the entire gap or opening.-Tigaiga, 62
