The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features encompass it within the typology of an ecologic property, built between medians, which can be dated to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

It is a simple two-storey building that adapts the orography of the land existing in the public area a rectangular facade of a height and in the most private area a facade of two, led by the difference of dimension between the two levels. The plant in 'L ' leaves a small patio on the side that is accessed by a narrow path. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. Highlights include the horizontal strips that make up a cement mortar and a sill in the roof area franked in the lower part by a ledge and in the upper part by an almizate. The set is covered by a flat cover. |
