The property stands on the side of the ravine of God nez, predictably linked to the Hermanos Toste fireworks factory. This pyrotechnics goes back to the year of 1788, being its founder Don Marcos Toste del Castillo. Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use with a sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century.

The property is erected in two annexed modules, but made at different levels. The union of the two modules and their two crunches generate a plant in 'L ', but if we treat each module separately it has a rectangular plant of a single height, made using stone and mud walls. The property adapts to the orography of the land, there is a module at the height of the public vehicle and a more private module in interior dimensions. The whole is copper with roofs with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure. The only large existing vain, in its public façade, denotes its foreseeable relationship with the adjacent conical fireworks and its use as a warehouse.

The main facade of the building denotes its humble character, generated by stone and mud walls. A rectangular facade of a single height can be seen from the public vapice, but due to the orography of the terrain at the rear, two heights are generated by a stepped building. The facade in contact with the vap blica opens a large bay. The set is covered with a sloping roof with four curved shingle roofs.-Siete Fuentes, 19

Lateral facade in which the composition of the property is appreciated by means of two staggered annexed modules. Perspective in which the uniqueness of the bearing system used in the property can be appreciated through the use of ashlars in the corners. Although the walls are made of stone and mud, large blocks are used interlaced in the corners, preventing the opening and joining the walls at this critical point.-Siete Fuentes, 19

The different modules of the house are covered at the top with sloping roofs made in order to facilitate the evacuation of rainwater. The property is characterized by having two covered with four waters. Both have an internal wooden structure called pair and row that generates inclined planes (skirts) that are coated externally with elements that prevent the passage of water into the interior, such as in this case, clay tiles. The skirts extended over the facade forming a channel eave and blanket.-Siete Fuentes, 19
