Erected in the twentieth century, more specifically in the twenties. It stands out for its construction systems and the use of reinforced concrete as a construction material (also used for the realization of decorative elements). The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of an ecologic property, built at a crossroads. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property is erected on a trapezoidal floor in two heights with an arrangement of the openings arranged, there is an annex module of modern invoice. On the ground floor all the access doors to the different dependencies are located, while on the upper floor there are the window doors with a small balustrade that generates a small or non-viewing balcony, from which the wrought iron fence is missing. The openings are characterized by their slenderness, all made possible by the use of construction systems in structural elements based on reinforced concrete. Superiorly the property is covered with a sloping roof with four waters of flat tile, closed in a per meter towards the public vape with a parapet. As a decorative element, two cornices that delimit the second floor of the roof area are installed on the facades.

Situación

The property stands next to a crossroads adapting its compound facade to the bankruptcy of it. The original facade is rectangular on two floors where the orderly arrangement of the openings is clearly visible, a new modern invoice building for the garages attached to the original building is currently being installed. The original façade together with the new façade generate a staggered façade as a whole, with two heights being historically relevant. The roof is inclined to four flat tile water, which is hidden behind a parapet.-Siete Fuentes, 1

Perspective in which the new annex module of a single height and the original property of two heights can be seen. When placing a wall on the façade, a low-thickness parapet is created that delimits the existing sloping roof. The beginning of the parapet in the upper area of the facade is marked longitudinally with a cornice with geometric shapes based on curves and countercurves. The roof of the property is four waters with flat roof tile. In the line of the lateral facade the skirt extends over the vertical one generating an eave. On the main facade to place a small or thin parapet where to facilitate the evacuation of the water the eaves are cut over this area and a channel is made that redirects the waters to certain evacuation points.-Siete Fuentes, 1

In the door on the ground floor the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of which in turn consists of two rectangular squares arranged vertically and one square. The decoration is with geometric relief motifs and is finished off with a flat wooden frame with protrusion in the upper and lower corners.-Siete Fuentes, 1

The window carpenter as a singular and original element is divided into three elements or parts. On the one hand the window composed of two folding leaves where in the lower part there is a quarter with relief geometric molding and the upper part is divided into four glazed quarters. Inside, the set is finished off with a light cover that repeats the same decoration as the sill. Finally, as a last element, there was a forging sill, currently missing. Finish externally with a flat wooden frame with protrusion in the upper and lower corners.-Siete Fuentes, 1

When placing a parapet on the original facade, a thin thickness sill is generated. To facilitate the evacuation of the waters over this area, a canal is made that redirects the waters to the mouths of the mouth of Caos. The roof is made of French tile.-Siete Fuentes, 1
