Despite being located in an urban environment, the property is an example of agricultural construction that denotes a clear rural character and which housed a family destined for the exploitation of farms. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give useful spaces. The house is dated in the 18th century.

The property developed on two floors on one floor in 'U ' is a simple property that adapts the orography to the land existing in the public area a rectangular facade of two height and in the most private area a facade of one, propitiated by the difference in elevation between the two levels. This characteristic form of 'U ' is obtained by creating a single property composed of several united modules. The plant in 'U ' leaves a small patio in the back that communicates with small orchards. Its main facade suffers a break, adapting its plant to the space generated by the road and an existing lateral road. The arrangement of the gaps is disorderly although they are logically located in relation to the interior units. The windows on the top floor are located in the center of the existing bay in each module and the doors in the logical zone with better access and less work due to the orography of the land. The walls are made by mud stone masonry, covering the different cracks by sloping roofs of curved tile on a pair and row structure. The carpenter is very simple and humble of unworked wood, which denotes its agricultural character.

Perspective where you can see the shape of% u201CU% u201D of the plant through its roofs. It has two four-water roofs and one diamond point, all made on a pair and row structure. The property is also characterized by having two different systems to complete the roof on the facade. In one area you can see a classic eave of channel and blanket while, in other areas it is finished off with a small parapet.-San Vicente, 65

The windows as a singular and original element are divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood, each leaf is divided into two frames decorated with geometric relief motifs. In the upper part there are two folding leaves made of wood as an upright which, when opened, allow for interior lighting, the decoration continues with the pattern of the rest of the frames. Window composed of two glazed swinging leaves and wooden sill at the bottom based on a wooden planking. On the window lintel you can see the small parapet that prevents you from seeing or replacing the curved roof eave. Next to the window, and to evacuate the water from the roof there is a tile as a gargoyle.-San Vicente, 65

Elemental construction door, based on three rectangular frames arranged vertically on two swinging sheets. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. Singularly, the upper quarter is replaced by a shutter opening inwards and closed externally by small metal bars.-San Vicente, 65
