Property characterized by the aesthetic exclusivity of its façade encompasses it within the typology of ecological property built between medians, being able to date from the beginning of the XX. Its compositional simplicity and its figurative abstraction are characteristic where there is a fusion of stylistic features and different influences, incorporating new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements. The plans for the realization of this property came from Cuba, being built by Don Pedro Gonz lez L pez. Formerly pose to an oven and a grinding stone inside.

This is a unique example in the area of ecological architecture. The property generates a volume of a single height that is built on a plant in the form of 'T ' (originally its plant was in the form of 'L ' to which new units were attached). Its rectangular main facade with Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

The facade is topped by a cornice on which a balustrade sill is located that delimits the flat roof that covers the property. The openings are closed with a wooden carpentry (door-window) with an orderly distribution. The pavement of the property is made with hydraulic pieces of very different decoration depending on the area and its uses.

Perspective of the public-private space that is generated in the porticoed lodge before accessing the property.-San Vicente, 31

Hydraulic pavement existing in the area of access to the property with plant motifs and inside it with geometric motifs.-San Vicente, 31

The access portal to the property is made with semicircular arches on square section pillars. The arches are topped with a balustrade railing, as in the upper part of the façade a balustrade sill that delimits the flat roof is located on the ledge. Its facade highlights its facade and the decoration n rich applied sculpture.-San Vicente, 31

The property has some openings covered with double-leafed window doors. In the lower part of each sheet a fixed part of frames with relief geometric molding is located. The upper part is made up of four glazed frames as a sash window. Inside, the set is finished off with light covers with decoration in the frames with geometric relief motifs.-San Vicente, 31
