Due to the compositional scheme of its façade, the construction materials, the quality and design of the carpenters, together with its original volumetrics, the property can be included within the popular Canarian architecture of an ecological style for domestic use. It is dated in the 19th century.

Terrera house built in a room plant on a floor in 'U '. The arrangement of the openings in the façade is arranged according to an axis of symmetry, with a window on both sides of the access door. The stone and mud masonry generate the different rooms that are covered at the top by a flat roof. The woodwork with geometric decoration is topped by a dust cover.

The door is made of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into three wooden quarters with geometric relief motifs. It has a flat frame with molding base curves and countercurves with flat areas. A dust cover is located at the top of the window.-San Vicente, 29

The windows as a singular and original element is divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two folding sheets made of wood, divided into two frames decorated with geometric relief motifs. In the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows interior lighting. It has a flat frame with molding base curves and countercurves with flat areas. Access door to the rear units and growing areas belonging to the property. Originally, an exterior stairway to the flat roof was located on the east side, of which only the landing where the ladder landed at the height of the roof is currently preserved.-San Vicente, 29
