The simplicity in the facade of the building where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences makes it understood as an ecological house, between medians, being able to be dated at the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries. |

The property is built on a rectangular surface, although in reality the property is composed of two units that are intercommunicated by an interior courtyard. Accessing through the door between the two windows you access a patio to access the two modules, giving the outside feeling of being a single-volume building. The house is developed on a floor with a rectangular facade where the distribution of the openings are arranged according to a preconceived scheme. The walls are made according to traditional masonry techniques, closing the assembly with a flat roof behind a parapet. |
