The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built between medians, being able to be dated at the beginning of the 20th century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

The property is governed by the guidelines of popular eclecticism of the early twentieth century, composed of two units of similar architectural compositions. It is developed on a rectangular floor at a height where the facade is staggered according to the uneven terrain. The distribution of the openings is ordered according to a preconceived and logical use scheme giving access and light to the most important rooms and according to the functional requirements. On the mason walls to which the building closes, the roofs are made, the set being characterized by having two styles, in a four-water covered module and in the other flat roof. |
