At the beginning of the 20th century, architecture in the Canary Islands was immersed in different languages with multiple decorative and formal influences with academic, historicist and regionalist compositions. The avant-garde of the beginning of this century resulted in the creation of a new language. Rationalism, which lacks superfluous ornamentation with pure lines and a tendency to abstraction of forms and volumes, is incorporated into the new architectural models, starting from the new facade compositions until reaching the spatial conception of the new buildings.

On a rectangular plot of access from the San Vicente Highway is this plant property in the form of 'U '. The model is developed from a rectangular facade of a single plant in which a symmetrical axis is projected that constitutes the principle generating order and distribution of the plant. In this way, the plant adopts with its shape in 'U ' a spacious backyard as a patio, as an intercommunication between the two sides and the rear farm. On the outside, the uniqueness of the building is evident due to the combination of a modern composition of armed concrete dressed with classicist elements, product of rationalist tastes. The main façade is preceded by a rectangular frontispiece on a rectangular cornice, as a portal n the main door is framed with two quadrangular pilasters with flat decoration with half-crooked nozzles. There are two windows symmetrically placed with respect to the frontis axis, highlighted by the use of worked wood and set back with respect to the facade. The covers are made flat.

The access door to the building is framed with very simple and rich pilasters of lines with decorated naval ceilings on which a rectangular front is located composed of several volumes. The set generates a portal n that highlights the access area with respect to the sides.-San Vicente, 16

Door is made with three frames (two rectangular and one square) arranged vertically on each of its leaves. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n.-San Vicente, 16

On the side of the facade there is a secondary access door to the rear building of very simple construction based on planked wood.-San Vicente, 16

The windows acquire a rectangular shape as they form part of the geometric composition of each of the façade countries, which denotes their rationalist character. It consists of a double window, that is to say, the set is formed by two casement windows of glazed quarters with interior covers and on it a glazed upright is made. The set generates a unique window joiner.-San Vicente, 16
